The Space:

Walking inside from the mixed-use neighborhood into this pleasantly modern Denver home, you will be overjoyed with the new touches to our home as well as being able to easily tour the ever-so-popular RiNo neighborhood with local art and music for all to treasure. Soaring ceilings paired with windows on the oversized garage door allows for brilliant light to flow into each room. To get the most out of Colorado’s typically temperate climate, this industrial door can be opened to fill the home with a ‘breath of fresh air’ and become one with the Denver.

As you enter through the front door you step into the first living area equipped with a flatscreen TV, a small library of books, plus a Full-sized sleeper sofa (+ mattress topper).

The main living area is just up the stairs on the second level. First, you will find a workspace located directly in front of you, then the room opens up into the large living and dining areas to the left which can be brought to life by opening the large garage door. Unwind in the comfy couch seating in front of another flatscreen TV! This neighborhood is packed with trendy restaurants & food trucks to delight every taste bud! Dining in?… The kitchen is fully equipped with more than just the basics, accompanied by bar seating and a dining table for your group to gather around. Conveniently, there is a full bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a Queen bunk bed.

The third level has a part “loft-style” master suite which is partially open to the main living area below. This bedroom includes a King bed with plenty of natural light, plus an ensuite bathroom to maintain a bit of privacy.

One of the main highlights to our home is the rooftop deck, which presents an unmatchable ambiance with a glimpse of the downtown Denver skyline and grand views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains… This is located on the fourth level along with an additional workspace with a motorized height adjustable desk!

While staying at our home you will be in the midst of the greatest local art, restaurants, and breweries Denver has to offer! The River North Art District, “where art is made,” is known by locals as “RiNo” and has even adopted a rhino design for its official logo, so look for creative rhinos in art and signage all around the neighborhood!

ONLY half of a mile away is the 38th and Blake St. light rail station which travels throughout Downtown and links to the entire Denver Metro area, and Denver International Airport so no car will be required for your stay!! This extremely convenient amenity can help take you to many other entertainment venues and attractions spread throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Currently, there is a ‘Rock and Roll’ bar/entertainment venue being built 100 yards away and be sure to catch a show at The Walnut Room or Cervantes Ballroom during your stay which are within 5-10 minutes away.

Take the family to spend the day at the Downtown Aquarium, Elitch Gardens Theme and Water Park. Then the Pepsi Center is practically right next door with a variety of concerts and sporting events. From there, you are on the edge of downtown Denver with more shopping, sightseeing, and year-round events for the entire family. Don’t forget to take the kids to the Children’s Museum for a day packed with laughter and learning for all!

– No parking in the back alley and DO NOT BLOCK my neighbors or you will be towed at your expense.
– No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings – **$1000 fine**
– Quiet hours 10pm-8am
– If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.
– Must be at least 25 to book the property.
– Check out time is 11 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
– Cameras – There is 1 motion-activated camera located on the front door of our home.

*Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*

Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy.
